Orders within Australia and to US, Canada, UK and NZ are shipped daily.
If you pre-order the next season’s box, it will be shipped at the start of the next season.
Seasonal subscribers will receive a new box every 3 months at the start of the new season (Autumn – March 1st, Winter – June 1st, Spring – September 1st, Summer – December 1st).
Shipping within Australia and to New Zealand is free of charge.
Shipping to the US, Canada and the UK is $30.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to keep track of your Retreat Yourself Box.
Please contact us at email@example.com if your order has not arrived after two weeks.
Your box will be delivered to the shipping address indicated during purchase.
When purchasing your Retreat Yourself Box, you will be asked to notify whether you will be home to sign for your box, or whether you give permission to leave the box in a safe place.
Our couriers will not leave the box unattended unless given permission to do so, and will otherwise leave a note in your letterbox to organize delivery at a later date.
We use both Fastway and Australia Post for shipping within Australia. This depends on the area the order is being delivered to.
For international shipping we use DHL.
If you change your address you will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
Do not change your address via your account as this could cause errors with shipping.
Your tracking number should have been sent to you via email once your order was dispatched.
If you have not received your tracking number, please email us at email@example.com and we will follow up.
Yes, we ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US and UK.

For Single Box, She Card, 28 Days To Glow and ‘Me Time’ cup purchases, the payment will be withdrawn and no payments will follow. These products are not part of a subscription.
Seasonal Subscription: $69.95 every 3 months (plus shipping if international)
Yearly Subscription: $250 annual payment + shipping if international
We will be sad to see you go! But to cancel you subscription, all you need to do is contact our team at email@example.com.
We have no cancellation policy and will cancel straight away.
If you cancel your subscription, no further payments will be withdrawn.
If you have had an order go through before cancellation, your order will still be shipped.
If you have a yearly subscription, you will still receive the remaining boxes for that year.
All of our subscriptions are ongoing until canceled by you.
