Our customer service opening hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 6pm. We will respond to your query within 24 hours during the week and if you're in contact over the weekend, we will respond on the Monday.
Your first Box order will be shipped the next business day after you place your order (within Australia and New Zealand).
If you subscribe, you will receive a new box every 3 months or at the start of the new season if you recently purchased (Autumn – March 1st, Winter – June 1st, Spring – September 1st, Summer – December 1st).
Pre-order periods occur when we sell out of a Seasonal Box.
During these pre-sale periods, you will pay for your order up front and it will be shipped at the start of the next season (eg. the 1st of December)
Shipping within Australia and to New Zealand is free of charge.
VIC 2-3 days
NSW, ACT & SA 3-5 days
QLD 4-7 days
TAS, WA & NT up to 10 days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to keep track of your Retreat Yourself Box.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your order has not arrived after two weeks.
Your box will be delivered to the shipping address indicated during purchase.
When purchasing your Retreat Yourself Box, you will be asked to notify whether you will be home to sign for your box, or whether you give permission to leave the box in a safe place.
Our couriers will not leave the box unattended unless given permission to do so, and will otherwise leave a note in your letterbox to organize delivery at a later date.
We use Australia Post only for shipping within Australia and New Zealand.
If you change your address you will need to contact us at email@example.com to let us know.
Do not change your address via your account as this could cause errors with shipping.
Your tracking number should have been sent to you via email once your order was dispatched.
If you have not received your tracking number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow up.
This occurs when we are in pre-season.
During pre-order periods we will be shipping the Boxes at the start of the new season (ie. Spring is start of September). This information will be in the product description if you are ever unsure. For more information regarding your order please email us at email@example.com
We currently only offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand.
Our customers don't often get charged incoming tax, however if you happen to do so - we do not cover this. Please check with your countries customs to see whether you'll get charged a fee before purchasing.
We are unable to offer express post, but we have found that Australia Post provide excellent service and are very efficient!
Seasonal Subscription: $69.95 every 3 months (plus shipping if international)
Your first payment will be withdrawn on the day of purchase for your Spring pre-order, your next payment will be on the 22nd of November (Summer Box) and will be every 3 months on the 22nd from there.
Yearly Subscription: $250 annual payment + shipping if international
Yearly Subscription Gift: $250 once off payment - this does not recur
When purchasing a 3 monthly Subscription you can expect your charge dates to be on the 22nd of February for the Autumn Box, the 22nd of May for the Winter Box, the 22nd of August for the Spring Box and the 22nd of November for the Summer Box.
If you have purchased a Yearly Subscription your next payment will be scheduled for the following season after your last box eg. The last box in my subscription was the Winter Box so the next charge date will be on the 22nd of August.
Yes you will! The week before a charge is due to occur you will receive an email reminding you of your upcoming payment. Be sure to add Retreat Yourself to your inbox so our emails don't go to your junk folder.
For Single Box, Year Gift Subscription, 8 Week Reset or any RY Store purchases, the payment will be withdrawn and no recurring payments will follow. These products are not part of a subscription.
We will be sad to see you go! But to cancel you subscription, all you need to do is contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have no cancellation policy and will cancel straight away.
If you cancel your subscription, no further payments will be withdrawn.
If you have had an order go through before cancellation, your order will still be shipped.
If you have a yearly subscription, you will still receive the remaining boxes for that year.
All of our subscriptions are ongoing until canceled by you.
