Our customer service opening hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 6pm. We will respond to your query within 24 hours during the week and if you're in contact over the weekend, we will respond on the Monday.

Retreat Yourself Boxes

Retreat Yourself is a seasonal 'health retreat in a box' subscription box filled with $200 of full sized health and wellness products with a focus on natural and organic Australian brands. All products are sourced with your highest health in mind and includes items such as health foods and supplements, wellness goodies, beauty, skincare and lifestyle products. Each season's box of products is different from the previous season and will be tailored towards that season.

Each box also contains our RY Wellness Magazine featuring healthy recipes, workouts, lifestyle articles, stories about the featured brands and much more. There will also be a Retreat Yourself Plan, which explains how you can create your own ‘at home retreat’ using the products and guide featured within the box.

The box is designed so that you can discover new and exciting brands without having to leave your home, but also captures the whole reason we are interested in health – to improve our lives! We create the boxes to help you reach your highest state of wellness, and also encourage you to use the Retreat Plan and take some quality time out for you.

Seasonal subscription:

A payment of $69.95 (including free shipping) will be withdrawn from your account every 3 months. You will receive a Retreat Yourself Box very 3 months at the start of each season (ie. shortly after June 1st, Sept 1st, Dec 1st, March 1st).

Yearly subscription:

A payment of $250 (including free shippingl) will be withdrawn from your account every year.

Single Gift Box:

A payment of $79.95 (including free shipping) will be withdrawn at the time of purchase and you will receive one Retreat Yourself Box.

Yearly Gift Subscription:

A payment of $250 will be withdrawn at time of purchase and you will receive four boxes across the year at the start of each season. This payment will not recur.

When a Retreat Yourself Box goes on pre-order, this means that we have sold out of the current season's boxes and are preparing the next one. Currently, our Autumn Box is available until sold out, at which time our Winter Box pre-sale will start.

If you purchase during a pre-sale period, you can expect your box to be shipped at the start of the following season.

We detail this information in the product description and if you are unsure of what period you have purchased in, please email us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com.

When you subscribe during the season your first box will be on it's way to you straight away, and your next payment will be withdrawn on the 22nd day before the next season's box alongside all of our other subscribers.

For example, you subscribe on March 5th and receive the Autumn Box. Your next box will be the Winter Box, with payment coming out on May 22nd.

OR

DURING PRE-ORDER PERIODS - You subscribed on Feb 4th after we sold out of Summer Boxes and the first box you receive will be the Autumn Box when shipping starts on March 1st. Your next box will be the Winter Box, therefore your next payment will be withdrawn on May 22nd.

You may not have 'activated' your login to the website yet. What you will need to do is email us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com and we can send an activation email.

When you purchase on a Seasonal or Yearly subscription, you will receive four boxes per year, unless the subscription is canceled.

If you purchase a Single Gift Box, you will receive ONE box.

If you purchase a Yearly Gift Subscription you will receive 4 boxes.

If you are ordering and that current seasons box is available, the box will be shipped on the next business day.

If you are purchasing during a preorder period, the box will be shipped on the first day of the next season.

Eg, You subscribed starting in summer on Jan 10th and the Summer Box was available. Your Summer Box will be shipped straight away and your next box shipped on March first.

You subscribed starting in autumn on Feb 10th and you were preordering, your first Autumn Box will be shipped on March 1st.

If you subscribe seasonally or annually, you will be billed and shipped boxes until you decide to cancel.

Retreat Yourself is a subscription service, just like when you subscribe to a magazine – you will continue to pay for, and receive the service until cancellation. 

If you have only purchased a Single Gift Box  – you will only be billed for that one purchase and you will only receive one box.

If you have purchased a Yearly Gift Subscription, you will only be billed once and will receive 4 boxes across the year.

You will find a Product Listing in each box which will include the the product features, their website information and where to find stockist details. If you want to find something in particular, please email our team at info@retreatyourselfbox.com.

At the moment we don't have the option to choose what is in your RY box, however it is something we are working on.

You can take comfort in knowing that the team at Retreat Yourself put a lot of time and effort into choosing the perfect products for you.

Our team here at Retreat Yourself have a background in holistic health, nutrition and fitness, so we are fully equipped and always on the hunt for products that are great for you. We always choose brands that are aligned with our core beliefs and values, and that have the same vision as us.

Our focus is on natural and organic brands within Australia. We believe in whole health, and looking after the body and mind, so we always have your best health interests in mind.

If you have any special conditions, please email the team at info@retreatyourselfbox.com. We will do our best to cater, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil your requirements.

Retreat Yourself supports vegan products, and whilst due to the nature of the brands we work with and products we feature most of these do happen to be vegan, our boxes won’t always be 100% vegan. Instead, we choose to celebrate brands who contribute to the environment in different ways including those who feature only natural or organic ingredients, vegan or cruelty free, eco friendly or ethically produced, or a combination of all of these. Therefore, while most products in our boxes fall into multiple of these categories, occasionally a product might not be vegan.

However, we always ensure that we understand how the product was manufactured before including them within our box, and only align with companies that share our same values and are kind to the environment.

Please contact us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com if anything within your box has been damaged or is missing. We will investigate the issue and will review your case to decide what sort of replacement is appropriate. Please ensure that you contact us within four weeks from the date your box has been shipped as we are only able to process replacement requests within this time.

If you are unhappy with the box and the products inside, you can return the box to us within 30 days of receiving it (we must receive the box within 30 days since shipment) and we will refund you your money.

The box must be undamaged and all products must be in an unused condition or you will not qualify to receive a refund.

You are welcome to cancel at anytime by emailing us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com. Your subscription will continue to renew indefinitely until canceled.

You will need to cancel prior to the next payment being debited (on the 22nd day before the next season).

If you want to cancel your subscription, please contact our team at info@retreatyourselfbox.com and we will cancel the subscription. 

Our cancellation policy is outlined in the question above.

To change any shipping details, please contact us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com and we will update this for you.

Please DO NOT update your address through your account as this could cause issues with shipping - if you do edit this please contact us separately to advise of your new address so that we can check that this is updated for all upcoming orders.

You can log into your account and update your payment details by heading to 'Manage Subscriptions > Billing Information > Update Card'.

Due to the volume of orders we sent we can't ship personalised notes, however if you purchase one of our 'Gift Box' options, you will receive a few customisable e-cards to choose from.

The cards will take about 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox, so if they do not arrive in please check your junk/spam folder and contact us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com

Our system is not quite clever enough to accept more than one shipping address and we are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. The best way around this is to place multiple orders to ensure your Boxes go to the correct home, or better yet you could have them delivered to the one address and have an unboxing day with your friends!

If you are unhappy with the box and products included, we will provide a refund if returned within 30 days. Products must not have been used, opened or tampered with, and will only be refunded if returned in an as new condition.

If you have had a refund approved and processed by our customer service team, you can expect the funds to return into your account within 5 business days. 

We accept payments via Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Credit Card.

Please note - if you are paying via PayPal eCheck it usually takes up to 6 business days for this to clear, which is when your order will be processed.

If you no longer want to receive our emails you can remove yourself from our mailing list by clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of our emails.

Please note - by unsubscribing you will be removed from all emails including payment reminder emails. 

8 WEEK RESET

It can take up to an hour for you to receive your emails. If you haven't received them by then, we suggest checkin your junk or spam folder. If it's not there, please email us and we will investigate for you.

Yes! We recommend saving your weekly emails into a folder in your inbox so you can find them with ease any time you want to complete the reset again.

Yes! By heading to our RY Store you can purchase Daily Planners, Intention Setters and so much more!

We recommend taking the time to read through all the information to get some inspiration and an understanding of what to expect in the next 8 weeks.

The goal suggestions can be used as either the 8 week goals or bite sized weekly goals! As an example you can create an overarching goal as a bigger, harder goal to achieve - ie. 'lose 3kg' could be an overarching goal, and then 'eat 5 fruits and vege per day' (for nutrition) and 'exercise 3 times per week' (for movement) could be your goals - which done weekly, will contribute to your bigger goal! By making the weekly goals bite sized it can make your overarching goal feel more achievable.

Mystery Boxes

Remember when you were a kid and you'd buy yourself a 'lucky dip'? Well, the Mystery Box is just that, but for adults!

It's a taster to try some of Australia's BEST natural & organic health, beauty and lifestyle products for a fraction of the price!

We run our Mystery Box flash-sales sporadically for a limited time only and we are therefore unable to offer these for pre purchase. 

We will always let you know via our email list, our social media or via our website when we are going to release a Mystery Box.

Our system is not quite clever enough to accept more than one shipping address and we are unable to ship an order to multiple addresses. The best way around this is to place multiple orders to ensure your Mystery Boxes go to the correct home, or better yet you could have them delivered to the one address and have an unboxing day with your friends!

The products in our Mystery Boxes are just that, a mystery!

We pack lots of different combinations of these boxes and we are unable to tell them apart once they are packed, so we are unable to meet specific product combination requests. 

When we create our Mystery Boxes we use lots of different health and wellness products from different Australian brands. If there is an issue with an item in your box please contact us at info@retreatyourselfbox.com and we will always offer a solution if we are unable to offer an exact replacement. 

When packing Mystery Boxes, we create lots of different combinations, which means we would need lots of different Product Listings! Instead we send an email after a Mystery Box sale which details some of the brands who featured in the boxes and we also post a blog on our website so you can learn a little more about the brands featured.
