How to use
Recommended adult dosage: Take 2 tablets in the evening with water after food or as directed by a healthcare professional. Warnings: If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Lemon Balm Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a nervous system relaxant to induce sleep, relieve restlessness, and alleviate symptoms of stress. Magnesium Supports muscle relaxation, bone health and nervous system function. Vitamin B6 Helps to maintain general health and wellbeing. Zinc Helps to maintain skin health, immune system function and to fight illness.
