I’m going to retire as soon as I sell my house, and then move to another state closer to my adult children. Work and volunteer work seems to use me up and though I’ve tried to pull back, I never seem to achieve it. I’m starting with little bites each week and working on small changes that I want to become big changes eventually. While I don’t feel like I ‘have’ to be obligated to do this under the ‘reset’ I feel like it is holding my hand and encouraging me to take those small steps knowing each small step adds up to a journey. And I’m learning more about what I can control with each step of the way. Thank you for being the support I couldn’t provide to myself.

Only done week 1 , did ok liking the concept , hopefully will do better this week .Only criticism couldn’t find online form to print for overall goals for 10 pillars to fill in.
