Yoghurt: There are so many different types of yoghurt in the supermarket, so whether you’re into the plain, Greek, almond or coconut you can enjoy the benefits of a healthy snackpacked with probiotics, calcium, potassium, and protein. We love to add juicy strawberries, a spoonful of chia seeds and a splash of honey, yum!
Cucumber “sushi” rolls: We love this super easy “sushi” recipe, it's a light and tasty crunch of flavours! All you have to do is cut up a cucumber into 4cm length pieces, spoon out the seeds and fill with your favourite veggies. We love using avocado, grated carrot and thinly sliced capsicum.
Almonds: A staple for everyone’s pantry it doesn’t get much better than these convenient nuts that are rich in antioxidants, Vitamin E and packed full of so many nutrients that a handful of almonds make the perfect healthy snack.
