When we asked Food for Health Founder & CEO, Narelle Plapp, if there are any unique ways that she uses the Food for Health muesli in her diet, she sent us this recipe, and ever since, we exclusively eat our muesli frozen into icey pops on hot summer mornings. This recipe is bafflingly easy, so much so, we are shocked we've never heard of muesli pops before! The pops are made of everything you would usually fill your breakfast bowl with, except, instead of filling a bowl you fill a popsicle mould (like our Icey Pop Tray from the Summer Box) and freeze over night! So easy, so delicious, so refreshing.
