Make Your Bath A Quick And Easy Detox Ritual

When we think of detox we often think of expensive juice cleanses and exclusive retreats. Fortunately those aren’t our only options when it comes to ridding some of the toxic load we bear throughout our day. Whether it be our make-up, shampoo, the food we eat or the air we breathe, we are rarely taking in what nature intended. But never fear – no juice cleanse is near, nor needed, you might just need a bath.

That’s right, the humble bath may just the answer to your detoxifying prayers. And the best part is it’s so simple you can do it every night if you wanted! A detox bath is similar to a Epsom Salt bath, however it contains specialised ingredients targeting common problem areas in the body.
