When we think of detox we often think of expensive juice cleanses and exclusive retreats. Fortunately those aren’t our only options when it comes to ridding some of the toxic load we bear throughout our day. Whether it be our make-up, shampoo, the food we eat or the air we breathe, we are rarely taking in what nature intended.
