1 cup chana dal (split chickpeas)
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 onion, diced
2 cups of vegetables, we recommend sweet potato, kale, green beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
Toasted peanuts for garnish
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt
